It is too soon: It is far too soon for the cervix to be thinning. Monitor your pains and if they become rhythymic at 5 minutes or less contact your OB MD.

2 days til my due date dilated to 4cm losing alot of mucus plug is that also thinning of the cervix?

Cervix Changes: the cervix dilates from 0 to 10 cm which is ready for delivery.  The cervix also thins it starts out about 2-4 cm long and then we judge its thinning by percentages. You will hear 10% effaced(thinned), 50% effaced, completely effaced which means it is thinned all the way. Losing the mucous plug has to do with neither, it is just mucous in the cervix that is lost anytime prior to delivery.

No: Cryosurgery does not increae your chances of pregnancy, but i'm surprised your doctor didn't tell you not to have sex for at least 3 weeks while the cergvix is healing, or at least until the watery discharge stops completely(usually 10-14 days).

Probably not: Sometimes the pressure can be normal, but somtimes it is a sign of miscarriage. Are you cramping a lot? Any discharge? This is not normal and you should call your ob.

Probably none: It is not likely that you would have any overt indication that you cervix was thin.  If your concern is for an incompetent cervix, the diagnosis is not based on any subjective symptoms.

Cervical mucus: It is pretty typical to have more cervical mucus after having membranes stripping/cervix sweeping in late pregnancy.  This means that the provider performed it properly.  It does not predict if the procedure will help you to go into labor.
