Couple of ideas: No periods or very irregular would be my first thought. There are very few outward signs that you can't get pregnant. Best to check with your obgyn for a thorough checkup.

: The main symptoms of BV are vaginal odor, often described as "fishy" and often especially common after sex. A gray vaginal discharge often is present, usually without itching or irritation. If you think you have BV, you also need testing for common STIs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia (which sometimes trigger BV). Your gyn can evaluate all this, as well as advise you about fertility issues.

Any fibroids?: You need a sonogram to check for fibroids, adnexal masses, ovarean tumor , blood count for anemia.
