Ovulation: Was your last menstrual cycle regular? Many of the symptoms are consistent with the luteal phase symptoms after ovulation before your menstrual cycle. If you didn't ovulate or took medications that may affect ovulation, it may cause some of the symptoms you feel.  I would  recommend monitoring the symptoms to see if they persist.

It would be highly: Unlikely for dry humping to lead to pregnancy since the clothing acts as a barrier to sperm. Additionally, sperm needs to be deposited in the vagina or at the introitus (opening of the vagina) for pregnancy to occur. Use protection whenever sexually active.

No: The rise in progesterone after ovulation can cause breast tenderness as can the elevated progesterone level with pregnancy. Some women experience this every month. This is not a symptom of PMS nor does it rule out PMS. Hope this helps.

The : The symptoms of pregnancy are extremely variable. Some women have none and others have severe symptoms. The symptoms are also non-specific meaning that other conditions can make you feel pregnant.

The pregnancy test is fairly accurate but all pregnancy tests, including blood tests, will be negative if they are obtained at the wrong time. For example, it takes about 10-11 days after ovulation before the blood test is positive and it can take 14+ days before a urine test is positive. I have seen urine tests negative when the blood test is very high, so work with your physician to be sure.

I doubt that you have pms, the disease but if the symptoms persist then her is some reference material. Your symptoms do not sound this severe, but if you track them for a couple of months, then you can reassure yourself that there is no problem or determine that there is a problem and then get help.
