Vaginal?: Yeast can present with clumpy, white vaginal discharge to a watery, white discharge. Sometimes a discharge is not apparent. There is no odor. It can cause swelling and redness of vulva along with itching and burning pain. It may lead to pain with urination or intercourse.

No because:: The concept of Candida overgrowth in the gut causing multiple symptoms is not supported by science and is not a recognized medical illness. Nor is the concept of Candida die off.

See below: This could be a sign of acid reflux.  You could also have tonsilar crypts where food can get trapped in the tonsils and cause bad breath.   See your primary for an exam and an evaluation.

Yeast: Sounds like you have a yeast infection which should respond to anti fungal medicines. If you have not been seen already consider seeing your doctor for full check up and treatment. If you think its just Candida or a yeast over the counter Monistat can help

Yes,they go together: Yes, it is good to take probiotics (I usually recommend
full fat plain yogurt ) together with Nistatin. You may not feel well if too much candida dies off at the same  time and a lot of toxins are released in a short period. The yogurt and other probiotic foods ( or probiotic capsules ,if you do not like food) can be only helpful to soften this die off reaction

Depends: It depends on where the candida is, if it is causing true infection, and what is being used to treat it.  Severe fever, headache, and pain urinating is never normal. See a doctor immediately.

Sinusitis? See MD: I've never heard of "candida die off", but quick online search suggests it is nonscientific claptrap. So is "systemic" candidiasis. (Sorry if that bursts a bubble for you.)  Nasal discharge with odor suggests sinus infection that may need an antibiotic. Sinus rinse alone is unlikely to help much, with or without "graprefruit seed extract" or any other "natural" product. See your GP. Good luck.

Symptoms like "foggy brain, memory loss, nausea, itchiness, or headaches" are greatly influenced by one's mind, meaning one person can perceive them greatly while another person not at all, even under similar circumstances. It's a dilemma. That is the reason future research may help people decide what portion of symptoms is caused by thoughts vs. by outside elements.

They are different: Rhomboid tongue can be treated with antifungal medications.  It is often symptomatic and is believed to represent a chronic candidiasis infection in the tongue.  Geographic tounge is normally not symptomatic.  It is a benign condition that does not respond to antifungal medication.
