Alcoholism: If you drink heavily or to black out or just too much you may find that you cannot control your drinking.  You can make plans but if  you have the ism of alcoholism you may need to give up the control and ask for help.

Help is there.  There are addiction counselors or addiction psychiatrists. There are detox and treatment centers.  There are group therapy programs such as aa.

Depends: Some studies over the past 10 years have suggested that consuming 2-3 alcoholic drinks per day slightly decreases one's risk of heart disease.  This is a simplistic answer to a complicated question but in general, we no longer always condone moderate alcohol intake.  This is, of course, means no drinking and driving--ever!  that greatly increases your risk of dying sooner than you expected!

Really?: I do not know of any toothpaste that has alcohol in it.  Some mouthwashes do, but i recommend alcohol free.

Alcoholism: I can not tell you chance of being alcoholic. Can give you some idea. 70% of adult americans drink.
 40%  drink 4-5 drinks within two hours on one occasion a year(abuse ). Alcoholism  is usually considered addiction -you will have withdrawal symptoms if you stop. Depends on family history , genetics , environment , stresses.

Alcohol: Its always a great idea not to drink alcohol. How to stop consumption depends on how much and how frequent the drinking is. If its excessive then there is the risk of withdrawal symptoms which are treatable. Talk to your doctor and discuss the best option for you.

No: Go ahead. However, I'm concerned that you're taking b12 shots at age 28 without any listed bona fide indication. Be sure you're being given this stuff for a valid reason.

Healthy living: The stopping of using alcohol and caffeine will depend on how much alcohol and caffeine you used to consume. If you had one cup of coffee and one glass of wine a day it probably won't make much difference. However if you drank a six pack and a bottle of vodka a day it definitely will make a difference in your organs and hopefully they will  be able to heal.  Get a complete physical exam with labs.
