No symptoms: In reality pregnancy, early on, has no physical symptoms.  Second, one has significant hormonal fluctuations and 'pregnancy' symptoms are common on depo. It my be beneficial for you to go read about Depo-Provera at their website or on wikipedia if you feel like something is wrong. It would be very unusual to be pregnant on depo.

Cycle symptoms: Once you come off of the Depo-Provera shot, you will resume cycle related symptoms that, in some cases, might mimic pregnancy related symptoms (breast tenderness, fatigue, etc.).  If you might be pregnant, then take a pregnancy test!

Doubtful: Bleeding is NOT a pregnancy symptom and you don't say what other symptoms you are having that lead you to believe you are pregnant. Bleeding during the first months of Depo is not all that uncommon. If pregnancy test is negative, then the symptoms you are experiencing are more liely related to hormonal shifts related to your use of the Depo than from any other reason.

A physical exam and some blood tests can help find out if there are stomach problems, hormonal imbalances, or other things that might cause pregnancy-like symptoms.
