Doubtful: Bleeding is NOT a pregnancy symptom and you don't say what other symptoms you are having that lead you to believe you are pregnant. Bleeding during the first months of Depo is not all that uncommon. If pregnancy test is negative, then the symptoms you are experiencing are more liely related to hormonal shifts related to your use of the Depo than from any other reason.
