For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Symptoms can be: Vague: painful blindness, odd sensations of the body, weakness, bowel/bladder changes, etc.  However, i could make an endless list of other medical disorders that cause the same problems.  The only way to know if you have ms is to be evaluated properly and to see if you meet the mcdonald criteria, which dictates the diagnostic criteria.

Do you have them?: If you have been diagnosed with a parasitic infection, than you would need prescribed medication to treat and eradicate them. : If you have not travelled to a poor country, it is very unlikely that you have any worms. You would need a prescription for the medication after a test to find out if you have parasites and what kind and the doctor would be able to advise you about the proper procedure to take the medication.
