Thrush common pregn: Thrush is common in pregnancy. Hormonal changes alter the bacteria in the vagina and allow natural thrush to grow. Natural sugars and reduced vaginal acidity contribute. Thrush is probably not related to miscarriage.

my quant levels where at 835 and i went back to the doctor and they had dropped. is the a positive sign of miscarriage in early pregnancy?

Depends on : How much they dropped by and in what period of time. In general a falling quant HCG is associated with an abnormal pregnancy that will likely result in miscarriage. Ectopic pregnancies are classically associated with abnormally rising quants, bleeding, and pain.  Each case demands individual attention and talking to your obgyn is best.

Not necessarily.: Cramping in early pregnancy can be normal as the uterus begins to grow and expand. Cramping with bleeding can be a cause for concern. I'd recommend a exam and possible ultrasound if the cramping increases. Hydration is also a good idea.

Unlikely: This is extremely common and is unlikely a threat of miscarriage. Spend more time off your feet and drink lots of water. If you have cramping with bleeding call your doctor.

Bacterial vaginosis is common and presents this way, usually accompanied by a "fishy" odor. Miscarriage signs usually involve spotting, bleeding and cramping.

Unknown: If  you are taking duromine and  become pregnant  you should  stop  immediately. It should  not  be used during  pregnancy.  Consult  your  md.
