Adrenergic response : It has to do with the body's receptivity to adrenergic activity which is turn has to do with release of Epinephrine (adrelanine) and like substances in the blood stream.  Its a common human experience, the body's way of communicating with the mind  telling it something is not right.  If happens when not nervous, than other possibilities must be considered.

Hypoglycemia: Your symptoms surely sound like hypoglycemia.  When one eats a lot of sugar, especially quickly, and they have a tendency to diabetes the pancreas can put out too much Insulin too quickly causing the high sugar in the blood to immediately be absorbed by the cells and having your brain feel you are hypoglycemic.  This phenomenon can be managed by not eating high content sugars or having big meals.

Should be seen: Your primary care physician should see this and perhaps a neurologist may need to check you out. My first concern is to rule out multiple sclerosis, or detect it in time for treatment. Another concern is huntingon's and i know there are dozens of additional possibilities.

Sounds like ER time: New chest tightness and difficulty breathing are signs that that a woman in her 60's could be having a heart attack and needs the ER. Usually, the paramedics can help quickly. A patient can call 911 or the local emergency number. If it turns out not to be an abnormal rhythm, heart attack, anxiety attack symptoms, a collapsed lung, or pneumonia, the ER will still have been the right place to go.

Some thoughts: Agree, it's not as simple as looking at the tremor.  Parkinson disease is a constellation of findings, of which tremor is only one.  That said, Parkinson tremor tends to be asymmetrical, medium to large oscillations, circular (rather than back and forth), less evident with attention.  But, not always.  Tremor can be absent, odd form, other variations.  Its a "whole picture" diagnosis.

Evaluation: She needs to be evaluated by a physician right away. From the brief description it is difficult to say if she has infection related illness or seizure. Call 911 if you need help to get her to a medical facility.

: Without X-rays impossible to tell if any fractures. Minus fractures ice for 24-48 hours. Contrast bath (hot and cold soaks)  one minute ice water then 3 minutes hot water. 5 times in each daily.

Anxiety tremors: Most likely due to anxiety. Do you also sweat and feel your heart speed up? 
Have you ever taken any meds for this.
Does it happen when you get up to speak?

If it runs in your family then may be familial tremors.

Not tremors: What you describe is not related to tremors. Is anxiety an issue? Have it evaluated if you are concerned.
