?: FDA doesn't regulate vitamins, so brand is something I never personally give opinion on.  I would suggest that everyone is different and the best brand for you would be the one that gave you the results you were looking for.  Might be that none of the brands will really do that?

Don't use it!: It's a plant from indonesia which has some traditional medical uses such as for malaria. However, it is mainly being used for sexual performance enhancement. And is called natural viagra (sildenafil). Many studies are touted, but none that i would recommend as indicating the product is effective or safe. Some fake versions contain prescription drugs and are dangerous.If you have a problem explore for the caus.

Unclear: As unfortunately, presently there is limited data about tongkat ali(Eurycoma Longifolia) and medication interactions.  I don't think anyone will be able to answer this with good certainty.

Supplements: The body generally does not need supplements to produce hormones.  The regulatory system of hormone regulation generally does not react well to artificial manipulation and often causes more harm than good if there is not a hormone deficiency.  Hormone deficiencies are generally treated with synthetic versions of the hormones, not pro-hormones or supplements.

Unknown: Icariin (one of the ingredients in Goat Weed) can probably be taken for up to 6 months. The effects of chronic use have not been formally studied. Women with estrogen responsive tumors should avoid this agent. Tongkat needs further study as well. You might discuss issues relating to sexual dysfunction with the doctor who prescribes the Lexapro (escitalopram) before experimenting with these agents.

I CAN ADVISE: I can advise on "these things" THERE ARE NO MAGIC SUPPLEMENTS which will "Increase your Leydig Cell Count!!!  If any are advertised they are untruthful!!!!!! If you mean increase your POTENCY that's a different matter.

Hard to say: It is common for Lexapro (escitalopram) and other ssri's to reduce libido and sometimes sexual function, but bupropion can often reduce or even reverse that effect.  I am not a big fan of most herbal remedies, largely because they are not regulated in the us as they are in germany, and you can never be sure of what you are getting. I suggest he talk with the prescribing physician about this.

IN GENERAL: I would NOT recommend that you take ANY HERBAL REMEDIES with WARFARIN....MANY MANY MANY examples of inter-action of herbal remedies (for example GREEN TEA!!!) with Warfarin or Coumadin (warfarin) exist!

No sense in "taking chances"!

ive been using valsartan for hypertension reasons but had to stop because it causes me epididymitis, now i use  atorvastatin and its giving me vivid dreams. is there anything better i can use with less side effects ?

Medication : You can speak to a doctor about changing your medication. I remember and a patient who had 20 medications on her allergy list, but when you continue to ask her details about the side effects you come to realize she did not want any medication because she believed that all medication is bad for her.  Sometimes patients express concerns indirectly

so she has been getting a steroid injection due to her hs ( hidradenitis suppurativa) is that injection for any chance going to give her any side affects of gaining weight and her period being delayed or any other side effects?

: This type of steroid treatment can give a patient an appetite increase. It is not the type of steroid that would interfere with menses. Long term side effects of steroids depend on dosing &amp; frequency and rarely are features of sporadic use.
