Possibly: "false positive testing" occurs when a test finds evidence of illegal drug use when no drugs were taken. This can be  a result of some over-the counter medications having chemical structures similar to illegal drugs. Pseudofed, found in many allergy and "cold" medications is one of these drugs.

It's not candy: It is a combo pill of Acetaminophen (liver toxc in high doses, > 3000 -4000mg/d), decongestant/stimulant (can cause rapid heartrate, increased bp, anxiety, palpitations, insomnia) and an antihistamine (dry you out, drowsy). Typically available without prescription. Cautions with heart, thyroid, bp, prostate, anxiety,  other conditions. Don't overdo, take alcohol, ; careful w/other meds. Check w/md.

I do not think so: If you are asking for a single medication that is available otc with all 3 ingredients, I am not aware of any.

You can find some that have the Pseudoephedrine and the  chlorpheniramine but not the acetaminophen.

I believe advil (ibuprofen) allergy sinus is close having Ibuprofen instead of the Acetaminophen in  pill form.

That said, cold medications are not recommended for children less than 4 years of age.

No known interaction: I checked for interaction on Epocrates and drugs.com and could find no interaction between these two medications.

Yes: But only take these things if you really need them for a upper respiratory infection.

: Most likely you are having an adverse reaction, don't take your next dose until you talk to your doctor. Drink plenty of water.

Palpitations, rapid: Heart beat, dryness of mouth, dizziness and at times agitation. It may also cause tiredness/sleepiness in some.

See below: Sudafed pe and alcohol may have additive effects such as making you more hyper, or increasing your blood pressure, in extreme cases causing a stroke or heart attack. Rhinocort is mostly safe. Long term use of anything, especially alcohol, but also sudafed pe, is not good for you, consult your doctor for alternatives.
