Yes, some: Iron is commonly used intravenously. Usually well tolerated with the new IV preparations, some of the older salts caused allergic reactions. But go see a hematologist if you want to explore receiving IV iron therapy safely.

Possiby: Intravenous immunoglobulin (ivig) is a blood product collected from donations from hundreds of individuals, so there is the theoretical possibility of typical transfusion problems i.e. Infection, reaction etc.  In the U.S. However production of this product is so controlled and processing involves, detergent washing and treating the product, so it is less likely to cause problems.

Prior allergic reactions to contrast, asthma, and allergies are factors assoc.

Low attenuation lesions are quite common in the Liver. Common causes include, benign cysts which can be confirmed with an Ultrasound of the abdomen. Patients with history of CANCER OR ABDIMINAL SYMPTOMS CAN HAVE METASTATIC CANCER IN THE LIVER.

Temp non harmful sid: there are two kinds basically contrast material high Osmolality and low Osmolality materials used. I would ask my radiologist this question. Usually it is a temp. Non harmful side effect. Good luck

CT: CT can reveal ulcers, but actually not the ideal modality for looking at GI mucosa of GI tract.  Endoscopy best for this.
