K2, Spice, etc: In addition to altering one's mental state (which can make a person prone to say or do things they might not otherwise), synthetic weed has been linked to a 3-fold increase in psychosis (hearing things, seeing things, paranoia, etc.) over "standard" marijuana (in which the rate of psychosis is roughly 10%). For some people, the psychosis may not resolve as the drug's effects wear off.

Low heart rate.: 10 mg is a very low dose.  There should be virtually no side effects at that dose. At much higher doses you can have slow heart rate, .

Haldol: Sialorrhea (excessive drooling) &amp; extrapyramidal side effects can either be treated with medications or by changing to a different antipsychotic medication. Haloperidol is one of the older antipsychotic meds.

Similar, but...: The potency of dihydrocodeine and codeine are equitative.  Zapain=codeine+paracetamol. So,  it is expected that the combined medicine aliviate more than dihydrocodeine alone. However, if the side effects are strong or you feel uncomfortable, feel free to speak out to your doctor to look for other alternative painkillers.

Biofeedback has no: Side effects that i'm aware of.  Biofeedback is simply feedback of physiological information to help learn self regulation.  Tingling of hands, etc. Can be related to over breathing or hyperventilation.  Done properly, biofeedback should improve relaxation and reduce those symptoms.  Find someone certified in biofeedback therapy at www.Bcia.Org or www.Aapb.Org.

i broke my hand and had surgery to replace my bone with a metal plate. what are the long-term side effects?

Replace?: Usually a metal plate is used to hold the bone while it heals.  The bone will eventually be strong without limitations.  The plate is not removed unless it causes problems.  If the plate was used to replace the bone (unlikely) then this is temporary and you will need more surgery.

Not usual: Release of band in trigger finger is relatively simple surgery and should not cause' loss of dexterity '  how ever if unexpected infections etc sets in may  result in loss of dexterity, ask  your surgeon, risks and benefits of surgery.
