Any surgery can : Any surgery, even minor surgery, can have side effects. Besides the obvious risks of anesthesia, bleeding and infection side effects of brain surgery are dependent on the area of the brain which needs attention. Discuss this with your surgeon.

Surgery for seizures: Your question is really too general you'd have to really talk to the neurosurgeon . There are various procedures; it depends on what part of the brain and what exactly are they going to do? Each person is individual. Of course what should the outcome be ? It  should be that this procedure will control the seizures.

See a neurologist: Brain surgery is a kind of injury.  There can be various effects on your neurologic system.   Problems with muscle and limb function are usually on the opposite side of the surgery.  You should see a neurologist to clarify the reason.  Likely getting rehab therapy could be part of the solution.  But you need a diagnosis first if this is a new problem.

Meningeal pain: Interventions done to the meninges, 3 layers of membranes around the brain and spine, can sensitize to painful stimuli, like decreased atmospheric pressure (as in flying) allowing slight brain volume increase and stretching of the meninges. Hopefully this will get better and go away with time.

Challenge: May or may not be related to  the surgery, but might investigate possibility of post-op infection.  Of course, could be secondary to strep throat infection, or even dental abscess, and all of this must be sorted out.  Primary brain cancer does not typically affect local lymph nodes, and thus, an alternative answer is needed.
