: Pregnancy is always a possibility when you have been sexually active and Plan B does not provide 100% protection. Your symptoms are not an early pregnancy symptom and could plausibly be an effect of the Plan B.

See below: Heroin and other opiates can have disastrous effects on the fetus and the health of the mother when used during pregnancy. The same is true for cocaine and amphetamine use. While there is no definite evidence for marijuana causing significant harm to the fetus or mother if used during pregnancy the medical profession discourages its use during pregnancy and lactation

PCOS.: PCOS is a syndrome of unknown cause characterized by ovulatory dysfunction and excess androgens. Obesity is associated but not causative. Pregnancy is possible but may require therapy.

Yes: Certainly could be pregnant.  Check a pregnancy test; if negative check it again in a week.  This medicine should not cause any complications for a pregnancy. It would be extremely unusual to have a side effect of throwing up from the medicine if using the cream.  Still very uncommon for Diflucan (fluconazole) as well. If you're getting sick,  as the flu has been going around, that would be most likely.

Baking soda Baths: Well let me say this: bathing with baking soda is safe and harmless for your body, but could cause more intensification of dryness. There is really no use in bathing in baking soda (unless you’re trying to cook bread.) Seriously, the best way to bathe is with a mild soap and water but not too frequently. Usually dermatologists such as myself recommend Dove as the standard.

Ativan; pregnant: 1st trimester usually most serious for fetal damage from drugs. See OB for monitoring fetus. Have prescribing doc change to Buspar (buspirone) (category b compared with ativan's category d) or undertake rapid withdrawal from ativan. Use meditation, exercise, yoga, tai chi, biofeedback for anxiety.

It is safe at 34 wks: Cyproheptadine is a 1st generation antihistamine used for allergies and causes drowsiness. It is safe in 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy

Possibly: Pregnancy is alway a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test.  They usually become positive when you are about a week late.  If it's negative, repeat in one week and call your doctor.
