Until diarrhea stops: You have asked a broad question so i will answer it with a broad answer. As a general rule of thumb i would wait until the diarrhea had stopped and all other signs and symptoms of infection had gone away. Your partner should be without fever and without any other symptoms.

i have a few white bumps on my anus. i just got over a sickness and had major diarrhea and i'm hoping its just a hemroid from over wiping.help!

Not sure: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. If the bumps came up after the infection and weren't there then warts/tumors/etc are not likely but yeast infection, boils, hemorrhoids are possible. Seeing would diagnose it. Pretty much any doctor could take care of this.

See allergist: If these symptoms are related to only certain foods, you may have what is called an anaphylactic reaction to these foods.  You must avoid eating any of these foods until after you get an OK from your allergist.  The next one may be fatal. The probability of a food allergy is higher if you have hay fever (allergic rhinitis) , asthma, or eczema

Normal: Alkaline phosphatase is often elevated in children--the vast majority of time this is a normal variant and should be of no concern.

Injury: Insult to the bowel from viral or bacterial infection and treatment with antibiotics that kill off "good bacteria" can cause this problem.  I would first try taking probiotics from the health food store.  The recommended daily amount taken three times daily for one week then daily.  If this doesnt' solve problem or it is too severe to wait then see your physician.

No: I am not sure if your statement of diarrhea is loose stools or true diarrhea.  If you run true diarrhea for more than 4 days, you should be checked.

Blood, pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate): Truly black diarrhea is concerning for digested blood and evaluation a doctor is recommended.  Dark green diarrhea is more common and related to bile in the stool.  Otherwise the color of stool is related to the colon of whatever is consumed.  Also, bismuth containing anti-diarrheals (pepto bismol, kaopectate) make stool black.

Symptoms : Symptoms of pregnancy can include: lack of a period, feeling tired, swollen and/or tender breasts, nausea, headaches, backaches and frequent urination.  Diarrhea is not usually a symptom of pregnancy. If your diarrhea does not resolved, please see your doctor. Of course, if you have been sexually active without protection then you could become pregnant.

Unusual but can: Could  more likeley be something else. I would look for other causes. First on the list what did you eat recently.
