Danger to everyone: An unmasked person is  a danger to everyone especially in close quarters or inside.  What you experienced is being experienced by many people.  The messaging from our leaders is not good and that is why you had the experience.  Everyone must wear a mask.  But you did the right thing and is what I do.  Turn away from the person without a mask, walk away, stop, get no closer.  I think you will be ok

Warm Feet : This is the first time i hear about this problem. It is interesting to know about your experiences of being warm, and if this relates to a sexual trauma of any kind. Being anxious at times creates a puzzling situation in life, since we cannot know exactly what causes our fears.  Maybe you can elaborate more, and talk to a therapist to see if this symptom relates to some other problems.

First : First let me address your statement about not taking your medication regularly because it makes you sick. This is the root of your problem because uncontrolled diabetes (high sugar) leads to something called diabetic neuropathy, which is nerve damage. This causing burning, tingling, and numbness, mainly in your lower extremities, and commonly at night.
If you can control your diabetes, this will likely improve as well. In the meantime your doctor can prescribe medications to help ease your discomfort.
Please schedule a visit with your doctor, discuss your problems with the medication you are currently on, and try a new approach. If you don't things will only get worse.

More investigation: If it is only red meat that causes the symptoms then focus on other sources of protein like chicken, pork , turkey and fish.  That much weight loss without change in diet suggests some type of problem. Some medications like stimulants can suppress appetite and conditions like anxiety can also  decrease appetite. Keep track of daily calories to see if consuming what is needed for height and weight.

Autonomic regulation: Possibly related to some autonomic regulation problems, when you body has troubles tolerating change in temperature. It is inconvenient, but not dangerous, unless you have other signs of heat- cold intolerance ( potentially could be a sign of thyroid problem)

Need a checkup: "Pins and needles" sensation can be due to a peripheral neuropathy.  that is a problem with the nerves to the legs that can be due to a number of problems, ranging from vitamin deficiencies to diabetes.
