Depends: It depends what your are eating. It could relate to gluten or excess glycerol in the flour used in the foods you eat. Restaurants also typically use more salt and fat to cook than you would at home so that the food tastes better.

Adverse rx: You have an obvious adverse rx to beef or pork.  Possibly even an allergy.  You should avoid these foods if they irritate you so.

Did you have an: Actual period or did you spot? If uncertain - i would go ahead and  take a home pregnancy test. Please be aware that if you take oral contraceptives on only an occasional basis - it will  provide you with no protection against pregnancy. Take care.

Possibly: Take a home pregnancy test.  They are reliable, accurate and valid.  If it's negative, repeat it in one week.  If it's still negative, see your doctor.

See doctor: That's not a normal finding and you would benefit from having an abdominal exam done in person with your PCP. Any nausea should not be ignored, and depending on what level of your rib cage is affected will determine what could be the underlying cause. Get it checked out!

Bloating post eating: May be gastritis/reflux, h pylori, gallbladder or food intolerances ( especially milk, gluten). Keep a diary of food you eat and if any do not cause the bloating and which do cause bloating.  Follow up with doctor/urgent care

Many possibilities: I would get this checked out by the gastroenterologist. Celiac disease or IBD could cause these symptoms.  It is also possible that it is anxiety.

: If you wish there are blood and skin tests that correlate with food allergies. These are helpful with some. Your reaction could also be to the material/seasonings used in cooking, which would make the issue more difficult to sort out. The simple approach= if it makes you sick don't eat it.
