it takes almost a week for slight layer of dirt to gather on my skin.it does not go away till i rub really hard during shower.i heard fro docs on youtube that we should gently rub skin and not harshly.what should i do.i take shower daily?

: Washing with soap and water, or a liquid cleanser, daily, should take care of your hygienic needs.  Most people reaching sexual maturity should not allow a week between baths/showers/sponge bath.  The layer of dirt seen after a week is only the visible dirt.  Layers of skin flakes and other debris accumulate daily.

Yes: You are just very early or could be miscarrying. Which one should become obvious as time goes on.

Repeat: Repeat the urine test in a few days to week and if proteinuria persists will need additional work up.

Yes: Most home pregnancy test won't be positive until approximately  10 to 14 days after ovulation if you are pregnant.

BRBPR: This may just be hemorrhoids from straining but bleeding from rectum (BRBPR) may also indicate anal fissures, proctitis (due to infection, inflammatory bowel disease, radiation therapy, stercoral ulcers, rectal prolapse, trauma, etc.) or a bleeding source further upstream. Depending on your age, risk factors, current medication (aspirin, NSAIDs, anticoagulants can cause bleeding), see your doctor.

what does it mean when your 12 weeks pregnant but don't feel pregnant at all? has ultrasound showin baby at 12w5d! friend might be worry that baby die

Pregnancy: Not everyone feels pregnant and certainly at 12 weeks, you may not feel the baby moving.  Continue to make regular appointments with your health care provider and simple exams with an inner office doppler that detects the heart beat can be reassuring to you. ultrasound report showin cardiac pulsations absent in 7 weeks gestation. should i be worried?

Yes: Sorry but if your dates are correct and a 7 wk size embryo was seen without fetal heart activity on a transvaginal scan then the embryo has died. If the scan wasn't tv then a transvaginal scan should be done to properly define the situation. Good luck.

Sinus perforation : Apparently while removing the cyst abd the impacted molar the sinus got perforated . That is why you see blood when blowing your nose . Did you check with oral surgeon who had performed the surgery on you for follow up . Please do and he will explain it to you and direct you on how to deal with it .This situation is not uncommon and it happens many times

Tracking it down: Having missed a period, it is appropriate to check a pregnancy test at least a week after the missed period.  If there are urinary complaints, seeing your physician or provider for evaluation for infection is also a reasonable choice.

Drug test: No, but u might get false positive test for amphetamines/meth.
