Which tip:  it can be on the tip on the side of the tip at the bottom of the tip above. Each of these has its own special anatomy. It's not something we associate with pregnancy. It could be tendinitis or bursitis or muscle or possibly nerve injury.

Therefore, patients often complain of shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery.

Referred pain: Cardiac syndrome X is a condition where patients have the pain of angina, but they do not have CAD. So even though patients with cardiac syndrome X have symptoms of CAD, the coronary arteries are clear of blockages. The pain you feel most likely is referred pain like in angina. If the pain is on the right side, the pain could be referred from the cervical region, slipped disc.
