Both : are usually done together.  Some chose not to perform mua at same time to limit the bleeding it causes prior to scoping the shoulder

Shoulder: Depending on what part of the shoulder blade it is located on it could be some calcification that has developed after the contusion that occurred, probably the best person to see would be a orthopedic surgeon who could further evaluate this concern, they could possibly get x-rays if indicated or obtain an MRI to make sure this is nothing more then post from attic scar tissueor calcification. Nothing: After rotator cuff repair, you want some degree of scarring to occur as this is how the tendon heals itself to the bone. The problem is sometimes, some people heal too much and become very tight after surgery. Majority of patients will gradually "soften" over time.  Early motion while debatable in my practice is avoided as it has been shown to increase odds of failure (cuff et al).  Good luck.

Have this checked: It is my advice that you have this lump checked out. It may very well be benign. However cancer can develop on scar tissue and this can generally be cured if treated properly. I suggest having a biopsy taken of the tissue for a pathological exam. Please make an appointment at a clinic to begin to follow this up.

Pain block: So sorry for your continued pain.  Please return to your physician and ask about the possibility of a pain block.  There are several types that may provide you some relief. I have seen suprascapular blocks very helpful on several occasions.  Please keep in mind that every case is unique and your doctor or a pain management specialist can help guide you.

See doctor: Not sure what is going on, but i tell my patients that if something doesn't feel good, refrain from doing it. You might consider seeing your neurosurgeon if things seem like they are worsening.

Unclear: I'm not sure what your question is.  Scar tissue is a an area of fibrous tissue where there has been an injury.  It has the same building blocks as normal tissue but they are arranged in such a way that they are usually stiffer.  There can be increased blood flow in the area with redness or an increase in pigment.
