If heart stops...: If the person's heart stops, regardless of the possible cause, CPR should be started, if you know how to do it. If you are not trained in cpr, call 911 immediately and they can tell you how to perform cpr. If you are interested in learning how to do cpr, there are classes available, including by the american red cross. But even if there is a pe, if the heart stops, CPR is needed.

Absolutely: If someone's heart has stopped (regardless if it was due to a heart attack, pulmonary embolism or other cause) you should immediately perform cpr, if you are so trained.  In addition there is a new recommendation that just came out this year from the american heart association, that supports "hands only" CPR (no breaths) for witnessed events in adults.

Pulse rate :  A pulmonary embolism is associated with difficulties with breathing, chest pain, and high heart rate.  But a temporary rise in the heart rate is normal with singing and many other normal activities. If you are concerned you can see your doctor.

Possibly : Ct angiogram, d-dimer are tests necessary to assess for pulmonary embolism; a venous duplex (as a secondary test) may be required if you exhibit leg edema (swelling).  Tachycardia is the most common manifestation of pe, not dyspnea or shortness of breath.

Pre COVID: If the patient has pre existing lung disease prior to the COVID 19 pandemic, they are at increased risk for complications. The milder the pre existing condition, the less likely they are to develop serious complications. Avoid contacts, social distancing and a flu vaccine is recommended.

Supplements: To advise about a supplement, you must know the exact content of the particular supplement. "hair growth supplements" doesn't say a whole lot. Some people think rubbing manure on your head will help hair grow.
