Fertility: Pregnancy is possible after unprotected intercourse on any day of a womans cycle. It is less common around the time of menses, but still possible.

Yes you should. : While pregnancy is not likely, the real question should be "how much risk do you accept in becoming pregnant, and are you ready to be pregnant?"  if you are not ready, you should modify your activities and use proper birth control.  If your genitalia comes in contact with that of your boyfriend, you should consider that having sex and need to re-examine your definition of sex.
