Not a BP issue: With out more information it is hard to say exactly why you are dizzy. Your blood pressure is within the normal range.  Depending on what kind of  body shape you  have  it may be an issue but if your symptoms are that bothersome you should see your doctor.

Liquid vs tablet: If the dose is the same for liquid or tablet, yes
if you still have questions, speak to the pharmacist at the store they can help you decide, you can always call his pediatrician as well.

Just ask him: Couple things are going on. He could be sufferring memory loss, sufferring medical problems that he does not want to deal with, taking too many meds that may have side effects, depressed, refused due to expensive costs or afraid of taking it. He could be wanting to die peacefully and not to worry about family issues.

You can take it : Usually the dose is about 1500mg a day.  I cannot promise you it will help you at all.i'm uncertain what you're taking her for but you can discuss this with your physician. You need a correct diagnosis before you start any type of therapy, even therapy that doesn't work

Really no meds: Your height is really a function of genetics, esp if you are in the normal range on the curve.
Hence in your case nothing can and needs to be done.

Sleep hygiene: Remains best, being able to do light exercise during the day, no food close to bedtime, easy on electronics and tv during late hours allowing for the stress accumulated during the day to be absorbed. It is between the mind and the body, finding the delicate balance, and with the understanding that nights will not be the same as days are not the same.

Can be a side effect: of irregular ovulation, perimenopause, or other conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome. Discuss with your doctor to be sure.

Same as an adult: A 16 year old male can usually take most of the same medicines for schizophrenia as an adult depending on his body size and weight. Most antipsychotics will work the same in adolescents as well as adults. The newer second generation atypical antipsychotics have side effects of increasing the risk of metabolic syndrome. It would be good to consult with a child psychiatrist.

Safety first: Depends what medication we are talking about.  Since we don't know the long term effects of most drugs it's best to be cautious.
