If you google "pill identifier" or something similar, you'll find several online services that use such identifying numbers (and also pill color, size, shape, etc) to see what the drug is.

Urine: I have never heard of amoxicillin causing this side effect.  Generally, bright yellow urine is indicative of concentration secondary to a lack of water.  Be sure to keep yourself hydrated.

Post-nasal drip?: You might want to try a sinus irrigation twice a day using a netti-pot and an irrigation solution of salt and bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate).  Your current issue is more likely to be due to accumulation of post-nasal secretions accumulating in the back of your throat during sleep.  Also might help if you smoke, stop!
