Before stopping antidepressants, it is important to discuss this with your doctor.

No, the opposite: Antidepressants are for depression, not contraception. In fact, many antidepressants interact with birth control meds & make them less effective. If u need contraception, see fp/ gyn for appropriate choice, especially if u are going to also be taking an antidepressant.

Anxiety/depression: Yes you can stop but most antidepressants usually need longer time to work. There are certainly other options for anxiety symptoms. See your PCP in follow up do appropriate changes could be made.

A mental health: Professional needs to diagnose ocd.  Symptoms may include a fear that something bad is going to happen if you don't, e.g., more a certain way, say certain words, count things, etc.  Psychological and/or medical help can be effective.  Peace and good health.  Antidepressants can be used to treat OCD so there is a relationship but a professional will need to assess that.

Weight loss:  Are you dieting too strictly? What is calorie in to out ratio? To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.

Yes.: Drinking green tea has been associated with warding off depression . Green tea drinkers seem to suffer less depression than non-tea drinkers but there are no clinical studies to prove it yet. There has been no side effects noted with the use of antidepressant and green tea.
