Burn Types: Depends on the type of skin burn: First degree burns are red, painful and dry but no blisters. No ointment. Apply a hydrocolloid pad for pain relief. Second degree burns are red, swollen and blistered. Do not pop the blister. Apply antibiotic ointment and cover with a soft non-stick gauze pad. Third Degree burns appear white, charred and painless since the nerves are destroyed. See a DR for these.

Burn on face: Let the scab fall off naturally. You don't wNt to risk more scarring. Keep the scab moist with ointment. You can use makeup more effectively when the scab comes off.

Hard to know: A physician will need more information to give an informed opinion. Do you ever have burning/pain without intercourse? With non-coital stimulation? Any history of nerve problems or spinal injury? When does the burning sensation start (with coitus or only after ejaculation)? Does burning occur only when a condom is (or isn&#x27;t) used? Any other symptoms of infection?

Are you sure they : Are bites? If so, do you have any idea what bit you? Either way, keep it clean and use a topical antibiotic and look for signs of infection like redness or heat to a larger area after a day or two

'Couchie'!: Not sure what 'couchie' means, but guess it must be the groin or buttock area. Wear looser clothing and use an emollient cream after shower. Treat fungal infection, if present.

Stop now: Remove the cover and stop neosporin  asap. The neomycin in neosporin can slow healing. You should see a dr for a serious burn. You will need a prescription for silvadene, (silver sulfadiazine) and may need to have some skin surrounding the burn removed. There is a risk of infection in the burn area and the tissue surrounding it.
