Sebum: These sound like small sebum filled cysts.  They are different than pimples.  I wouldn't manipulate them - sometimes, if you probe or poke them, they can get infected or grow.  Just leave them be.

See ENT doctor: If the bump is in front of the ear, there only 2 possibilities.  One is a mass in the parotid gland and more rarely a herniation of the capsule of the jaw joint.  See an ENT or head and neck surgeon for a diagnosis.

Explanation: Your dizziness after sitting long time most likely caused by orthostatic hypotension. To avoid this you need drink a lot of fluids!!! And make a short breaks for  5-10 min exercise. Your bump on the head need evaluation, if it growing up
