Yes: Well, yes and no. Obviously, we recommend avoiding eating anything expired due to the risk of contamination, but if you ate this more than two days ago and did not get sick then, your risk of food poisoning is almost zero now. Specific foods may have other risks.

Bleeding -pregnant: Any bleeding during a pregnancy should be reported to your doctor.  You may need an examination to keep you safe.

"Morning sickness" ?: Sustained vomiting over the course of the day even in the first trimester may deplete the pregnancy (and yourself !) of essential fluids and nutrients (dehydration, vitamin depletion, etc.). See your OB physician if this continues.

Yes: The toxins from food poisoning will not traverse the placenta so the baby will not get sick directly. However, food poisoning can result in dehydration which can be problematic.

Those foods: are fine for now, best to stick with what works. Only a problem if  you cannot keep water down.

Unlikely: Although no one knows the exact amount of alcohol that will cause fetal alcohol syndrome in any particular baby, it's extremely unlikely that a single sip (or even a bit more) could cause any damage.

Listeria is not a: statistically high risk from one meal. Avoid soft cheeses blue-veined cheeses; &amp; Mexican-style cheeses.  Avoid eating refrigerated pâtés &amp; meat spreads. Canned or shelf-stable pâtäs &amp; meat spreads may be eaten. Only eat refrigerated smoked seafood that has been cooked. Only drink milk or eat food w milk products that have been pasteurized.  You can eat hard cheese; semi-soft cheeses; pasteurized &gt;

Vomiting: vomiting can be common in the first trimester.  If a person can not keep anything down for more than a few days, they should proceed immediately to their physician's office or the hospital for medical treatment.  If you are feeling able to drink and eat, a bland diet with small portions is recommended.  Drinks like lucozade, gatorade, and water are fine in pregnancy.

No worries: Using a Bandaid, having polymyxin B and bacitracin on a finger cut, having a minor finger cut, or cooking food while having a Bandaid on, should not change anything in the baby fetus's life. No worries.

Heroin and Pregnancy: It is not good. But, at this point it does not matter. What matters today is that you get to your doctors, to the hospital or to a drug and alcohol treatment facility so that you can be safely detoxed and allowed to join the program with other women like you to help each other stay clean.  There really and honestly is a solution to this problem and it requires action today. Please take this advice.
