Depends: Do you mean low sexual drive?   This can be common in menopausal women as your hormone levels fall.   Also, vaginal dryness can make intercourse more painful, which decreases desisre.   Unfortunatley there is no real "female viagra", but hormone replacement or vaginal estrogen can often help.   Also a vaginal lubricant with sex can decrease discomfort.  Talk to your gynecologist.

Couple of Causes: Women have varying amount of natural vaginal secretions. Normal secretions flush the vagina, maintain normal ph, adequate moisture for intercourse. Women with higher levels  of estrogen may have more vaginal secretions. Moisture at the vaginal opening could be sweat, urinary leakage, or a vaginal infection. If clear, light yellow and odorless, then likely not infection.

Well.....: Urine is sterile, but i suppose it could increase your chances of getting a vaginal infection in the same way that douching can cause a vaginal infection. It surprises me that he is able to do this. If he has an erection adequate for penetration, then it should be extremely difficult for him to urinate while he has the erection.

Many possibilities..: Slow GI transit, lack of bulk, dehydration, obstruction, lack of food, insufficient exercise, certain rx. Painful defecation (dyschezia) may be related to injury or medical conditions precipitated by straining due to constipation. Time to see your pcp.
