Situational?: Is this happening all of the time or only in certain situations?  You ought not feel this way all the time.  Please seek the care of a pcp for a general evaluation and any necessary referrals.  Your symptoms cross many conditions so, you need to start with someone who can investigate broadly after examining you.

ER, Dr. can check: In a 25 year-old, heart problems are possible though less likely, but rib or sternum joints may hurt for many reasons, such as trauma (bumped into something, somebody poked a finger into the ribs), coughing (bad cold and cough symptoms), jogging or running (breathing heavily for a while), over-exertion while exercising, irritation in the rib's bones, muscles, cartilage, etc...

If new onset, ER!: Women tend not to take these symptoms as serious as they might be, and wait valuable time to seek help.    I would strongly recommend an er visit in this instance.  If you are alone call 911, so as not to drive or waste time.  They will check your blood pressure, oxygen level, ekg and blood tests, not to mention a neurologic exam.

Car sickness?: There are many people who get a form of car sickness.  This can mimic migraine symptoms with severe nausea as well as flu-like features even without definite headache.  Try to sit in the front and watch the scenery and perhaps take medication prior to the trip.  Get a thorough medical evaluation to be sure some other medical problem is not present.

Find symptom's cause: Nausea/vomiting may be gi-related (food poisoning, peptic disease, gastroparesis, due to biliary/ pancreatic disease, gas/bloat syndrome, small bowel problems). Consider "central" causes: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy, &amp; even reaction to stress. Find &amp; treat cause.

See family MD: Make sure that you get blood tests to rule out infections and be evaluated by a family dr. To exclude other medical problems. You may have fibromyalgia and need to be evaluated by a rheumatologist.
