Dont drink: feeling short of breath can be caused by many things, and alcohol would make almost all of them worse. So dont drink alcohol and do consult a practitoner.

Possible syncope: I am a bit unclear on what your question is.  However, if you are dizzy and have dysautonomia, I would not recommend  taking anything that will make that worse and alcohol can be one of those offensive substances that I would recommend avoiding.  Work closely with your doctor on this.

5 days ago, when i was rubbing ethyl alcohol 70% to my foot, i accidentally inhaled its fume.i felt some chest pain& shortness of breath after that.have also felt nauseous since then. have i been poisoned by this fume?do i need to go to urgent care?

About that...: A little bit of rubbing alcohol puts out a small amount of vapor, but nothing that should cause such symptoms. More likely, such symptoms are just coincidental with using rubbing alcohol (she can ask her primary care doctor about any persistent symptoms). If a patient has low tolerance of alcohol vapors, perhaps she can stop alcohol and substitute with something else that her doctor may recommend.

A suggestion: Do an ekg at the time that this happens. Also do a spirometry and pulse oximetry. Make sure these tests are performed when you are short of breath. Most internists can do them in their office.
