Infection possible: Please monitor your temperature, drink fluids and rest. If you have fever, one possible cause is bacterial pneumonia. Milder infections tend not to be associated with fever. 
Other causes may also include an allergic reaction, wheezing, asthma, due to exposure to a trigger such as pollution, smoke, pollen.
Stay indoors, treat fever, drink fluids and rest. Please follow up with a physician.

Costochondritis: Costochondritis is usually a localized inflammation of a joint between a rib and the sternum(breastbone) and causes pain and tenderness in that localized area. If you're having Sharp rib cage pain, worsened by a deep breath and radiating around the side to the back, a pinched nerve which runs between two ribs is suspected.  In view of your shortness of breath, an exam is indicated.

Needs evaluation: Your symptoms merit further evaluation.  A holter monitor and echocardiogram would provide useful information assessing for structural heart disease & arrythmia.  Not sure how the migraine may play into it.

Cough etc : " I might have reasons for the symptom?" - Obviously more information is needed. You should be isolated until you are sure you did not have COVID 19 .  If your shortness of breath is significant, you should see a doctor in person. If it is mild, you can see a doctor via telemedicine

Viral cultues: There are so many viruses related to the common cold: adenovirus, rhinovirus,  influenza virus, echinovirus, etc...That the only way to determine coronavirus would be a viral culture.

Chest pain: To make a diagnosis a history, physical exam are needed and if tests are appropriate those too. Talk to your doc, if you still have symptoms the doc needs to explain them, those are heart tests, there are other possible causes.
