my child  now 8 years old had her hep b when she born 3 dosage . but her blood shows she is not immunite to hep b . why this last so short period . anything worng with this?

Can be normal: We don’t routinely test 8 year old’s immunity to Hep B, so there could be others her age who are also not immune. Many adults and older teens have lost their immunity shown by testing. Please discuss with her doctor but usually we re-vaccinate and sometimes re-test immunity after that. If she is otherwise healthy and has no diagnosed immune deficiency, I would not think anything is wrong with her.

You should be OK: You body holds about 70mL of blood per kilogram of body weight.  Most vials for tests are about 3mL of blood, so they are likely drawing around 90mL.  For perspective, when you donate blood you give 350mL.   This takes about 3-5 days for your body to replace.  The bottom line is that you will be fine with that much blood drawn, even if they do it several times.

No: The claim that daily exercises raises serum cholesterol is demonstrably false. If you run a marathon, you'll deprive your liver of oxygen and it will leak enzymes ("liver tests") but it's harmless -- let your physician know so he/she can interpret the labs. I'm very glad you're staying fit and i'm sorry somebody's tried to make it a problem with bad information.

Brown Vag Discharge: This is most likely aged blood left over from either spotting, a cervical irritation or even old blood from previous menses.

In most cases this is normal and benign.

Abnormal bleeding: You may have some changes in your menstrual cycles that are normal but you are still ovulating.  Some women will have some spotting for days after their cycle ends or if they don't ovulate. I would monitor your cycles  and see if there are other symptoms as well to see if this is becoming a normal pattern for you. If it becomes a pattern, i would recommend you talk to your doctor about this.

Anovulation: Most likely a cycle where the ovary fails to let loose an egg.  These self-normalize.  To be safe, take a home pregnancy test.  If it persists, see your doctor.

Can be normal: Normal cycles vary with how long it takes the egg to mature and thus ovulation to occur. The normal range is 21 days from the start of one to the start of the next to 35 days (42 according to some sources). There is also the possibility of an inadequate luteal phase which means less progesterone is produced and the level falls sooner resulting in a period sooner after ovulation.
