hit shin very hard yesteday. have a bruise/lump/cut on lower left shin but pain in upper shin with shooting pain in foot/ankle/upper shin. do i need t be seen oor normal signs of bad bruising?

Watch it...: you may have a hematoma under the skin which is a collection of blood from your injury. It may also be pressing on a nerve which is giving you shooting pains OR it could be the muscle bruised in which every time you move, it hurts..Use ice, rest and wrapping. If it gets bigger, red or significantly  more swollen, see someone.

Pain: Any time that pain is referred to as severe is an indication for an evaluation.  See your neurologist or internist - whoever  you can see first.   Now that the pain is severe don't wait .

A problem almost anywhere in the front or back of the lower abdomen can register as pain in the lips of the vagina. For example, a kidney stone, or a problem with an ovary.  If continues see your practitioner.

Vague symptoms, many: Many possibilities. When the bladder is full, there is less room in the abdomen and pelvis, so stomach acid can reflux. But this is supposition, as lots of organs in abdomen can cause "referred pain" in the chest / shoulders (liver, pancreas, spleen). Your chest cd b the cause, too.
