: This could be a serious infection of the blood vessel and/or skin around the blood vessel. This can lead to an infection of the blood as well as the heart valve which can be very serious and result in a life-threatening infection. You need to see a doctor ASAP, probably in an emergency room so that you can receive the antibiotics you need, likely IV antibiotics. Good luck to you!

this was my 3rd time ever doing meth. i injected it and my vein has bludged up and is a red color and has became longer. what could this be?

Meth can kill rapidly by fatal heart rhythms, heart attacks, and strokes. Meth also causes psychotic and aggressive behavior, which can lead to deadly accidents or being shot dead by the police.

Christensen provided about over stimulation from crystal methamphetamine, be aware that swelling of face, tongue and lips can be a life threatening allergic reaction to it.  You said you have no health problems. If you continue to smoke crystal meth you will have health problems.
