Not sure: why you would have a sore throat as shingles affects skin and not oral mucosa generally.  Sore throat is most likely coincidental unless you are talking about the skin around your neck and that is where the rash occurred.   If so then you may have post-hepetic neuropathy.  If this persists consult your doctor.

Please visit your primary care provider first who can refer you after they do additional work up as deemed necessary. In the meantime Ibuprofen and an anti-histamine may help.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Acid reflux is a possible explanation. It could be allergy. It would be prudent to see a doctor.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

im hiv+ and i have visited drs rooms with a sore throat. i have not tested for the covid-19. im not displaying any other symptoms but im not allowed to go back to work until ive tested negative. where can i get tested?
