Tatagra?: I was unable to figure out what drug "tatagra" is when I looked in www.drugs.com which includes most medications available worldwide. I believe you refer to "tadalafil" which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (http://www.drugs.com/tadalafil.html). Regardless, most pharmacies in the States label oral drugs as expiring after 1 year, presumably under cool dry conditions.

Nasal congestion: Blood from the face drains back to the heart through veins that run through the nose. If your nose is congested, the swelling puts pressure on the veins, causing the blood to back up. The skin under the eyes is so thin that you can actually see that - so it looks like a bruise under the eyes. Reducing the swelling by using nasal steroids or decongestants relieves the pressure so the blood drains.

Pinched Nerve/Muscle: Most times back pain that is sudden onset will resolve. You should use anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen, aleve around the clock and even tylenol (acetaminophen) to help.  If this does not resolve you should see your doctor for a full evaluation.  If it still does not resolve, I would recommend to see a spine specialist for a full evaluation and testing. You may need to get an MRI to see inside the spine.

Arthritis: arthritis, or inflammation in the spine or joints in the spine typically causes significant pain or stiffness worse in the mornings.  This typically gets better throughout the day with activity.  Options include anti-inflammatories and physical therapy type exercises.
