The odd is ~50/50 : There isn't a sure way to get pregnant with a boy or a girl based on day the week to have relation--there are some anecdotal report to suggest certain time of day favors girl vs boy pregnancy, but no conclusive research. The only sure way is to determine genetically  is via insemination etc..Otherwise, your chance is just about 50/50 naturally--same as flipping a coin for head or tail. Good luck.

50/50: Unless you do ivf with pre-implantation genetic (pgd) testing, all methods out there do not work well and at the end its 50/50. Do not spend any money doing this, its false hope. Otherwise if this is very important to you then do ivf with pgd.

No definitive answer: There is no definitive answer, and thus why you are "lost with differing answers." ericsson methods can never fully extrapolate 100% sperm for male or female, ...The layers of gender-selected sperm are of higher concentrations but not pure. This lack of purity explains the approximate 30% chance of gender selection failure of the ericsson method.

Speech therapy: Most causes of hoarseness in children are caused by screaming, resulting in vocal nodules or bumps on the vocal folds.  These cause changes in the voice that persist, but can improve with voice therapy.  If you have had a poor voice for over 3 month, an exam by an ENT doctor is important and treatment will be recommended based on what they see.  Surgery is rarely necessary.

I want a girl baby!: Unfortunately there is no real simple or easy way to make the girl sperm hit the egg faster than the boy sperm. No position or other method can do this for you.

No: About 6000 women conceive baby boys in the US every day.  That's a big number, so one should relax, not worry, and just give it a try.  In normal couples, there's a 50% chance of getting a boy with every pregnancy!  Nature plans it this way. It would be unnatural to mess with nature and try to avoid creating a girl (although technology is present to do that, for avoiding major birth defects).

Not accurate: The method claims about a 70% success but it is not a reliable method. An experimental technique, microsort, is no longer available. The only reliable method of gender selection is ivf/pgs to genetically identify the embryos of the desired gender. Virtually 100% accurate if you get pregnant. Many practices will not offer the technique. Iui works best when performed before/during ovulation . Best.

Between diaper changes, wash skin w/ mild soap/water including skin folds, thoroughly dry skin, use a barrier cream.
