Maybe food allergy: Rashes that seem to be related to eating certain foods may indicate a food allergy. Your child could have testing for food allergies.  This can now be done with a simple blood test that your doctor can order.

i have tightness in my leg under the calf when i am walking or exercising i work out 6 days a week with shawn t and i think i may haved pulled or strained my muscle, what should i do ?

You : You very well may have pulled a muscle, or partially tore a tendon.  If you're able to walk (even though it might hurt), it's unlikely you tore a tendon.  Try to rest it, keep it elevated and apply ice (some folks feel better with heat, though), and if you don't see any improvement by tomorrow, i'd see an orthopedic surgeon, just to make sure you haven't torn anything.  Needless to say, until you feel better, it's best to let shawn t work out alone.

No need: Since both of you are A positive a future  first child will not have Rh disease. This would only occur if your wife was A negative and the first baby is  Rh positive and the mother is untreated with Rhogam. If Rhogam was not given then the 2nd Rh positive pregnancy  would be at risk.

Unclear: I guess it depends which facts you're planning to share. Facts of life?  Nuclear launch codes? It's probably best to treat someone with aspergers like you would anyone else.  Generally intelligence is normal and most would like to be treated normally.

You should see your family dr to start process.
