"Mastodynia": Sorting out different causes of breast pain starts with determining if the pain is coming from the breast tissue or the chest wall. Favoring the former includes variation w/menstrual cycle; favoring the latter is relation to activity and post-menopausal state.  I recommend that you see your gyne or primary care dr. Nipple : Nipple discharge can represent a variety of things. If the cause was infectious you would likely have associated symptoms including erythema(redness), pain, odor, and possibly fever.
Milky discharge can be normal and resolve spontaneously or could be due to one of the following: tumors (proctinoma), breast cancer, benign breast masses (fibroadenomas), hormonal changes(mirena (levonorgestrel) does contain a small amout of hormone), even an injury or trauma to the breast can cause this. 
As you see there are many possibilites, even more than listed here. I recommend a visit with your primary car eprovider or gynecologist for complete exam, and evaluation of this problem.

Agree w Dr. Dohan.: Nipple piercings don't increase breast size but they can cause other problems. Nipple Piercings have led to cellulitis &amp; abscesses. The jewelry can snag against clothing with potential of traumatic tears to the nipple. Additionally, scar tissue on the nipple or jewelry can block a milk duck &amp; in some cases make it more difficult to latch during breastfeeding.

Possibly: If the piercing hits into the ducts, milk flow could be affected.  Production should not be a problem, but you may be more prone to mastitis  and/or have some minor problems with let down of the milk.  That being said, I have known many women to breast feed without any problems who had history of nipple piercing, so I wouldn't rule it out just based on that.

Remove Jewelry: Just take the jewelry out before feedings; there shouldn't be any problems nursing with pierced nipples.

Could be infected: It sounds like her piercing could be infected. I strongly recommend a medical provider take a look at her piercing to see whether she needs antibiotics or not.

It shouldn't: interfere with nursing as long as the jewelry is removed before putting baby to breast.  Nipple rings or studs could definitely interfere with proper latch and are also a choking hazard.

Not recommended: Unnecessary piercings are not recommended, with or without a fibroadenoma.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
