Nonspecific: Such fleeting symptoms are quite nondiagnostic. A physician would have to take a thorough history and system review, perform a physical examination and,if deemed advisable, order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis. I suspect a nonserious cause such as an irritable superficial nerve or abdominal muscle or mild colon spasms. If concerned, for peace of mind see your physician

ymy rib feels really sore almost like cracked.  had no trauma. it hurts to move period. and sends a sharp pain in my back to my pelvic.

Well, did you : Recently have a lot of coughing? You could have a muscle strain. Try aleve (naproxen) if no contraindications but as always see a doc for fever, getting worse, etc.  If the pain starts there and is happening from the ribs it is pain control but don't want to mislead if i haven't examined.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

Likely cyst: You might have ruptured a cyst. It will usually cause initial sharp pain with aching that improves over about 4 days. If it is not improving over the next few days, see your doctor. The fact that it is not painful now is a good thing and reason not to worry about it.

Many reasons:: May be Ovulation pain,
Make sure you do not have UTI and Vaginitis .
 You had Chlamydia Infection in past so if pain persists and if you have discharge from Vagina, you need to see the MD.
 Constipation can also cause  Lower Abdominal pain.

Lets fix indigestion: Of your several problems indigestion may be the underlying cause. It is most like hyper acidity also called Acid reflux. Try using one of the antacids such is Zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec daily for 2-3 weeks to see if it helps. Then give us a report so that we can guide you further.

Sore gums: You're probably teething. Wisdom tooth trying to erupt. Keep the area clean and make an appointment with a wisdom tooth specialist, and Oral Surgeon, for evaluation and advice.

Pain after eating: suggests the possibility of an ulcer in a particular location, and if it is causing you to eat less than normal or to lose weight it could be dangerous.  You could take acid blockers and antacids, but if it keeps up you should really be seen.  See checklist on dealing with ulcer and by all means do not drink anything that makes you hurt, which especially means any form of alcohol.
