sharp burning pain under right armpit only when i move my arm a certain way and nit all the time. just once in awhile. very painful.

Shoulder pain: To help more would need to know the "certain way" you move it  Armpit pain is usually from the joint.  Intermittent pain would indicate a capsular tear.   If it gets bothersome enough to consider surgery (arthroscopic, outpatient)then get an MRI and see a surgeon. Otherwise avoid using it the "Certain way" for a few weeks to let it heal. You may need a follow up. Let us know.

Eval: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. 
Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.

bumps and swelling in armpits that come and go - that feel sore. its not present now but today i have sharp pain under my right shoulder blade and have sharp pains in upper chest. getting worried - fears of cancer?

Prob.not cancer but:: From your description I doubt this is cancer; bumps and swelling in armpits could be swollen glands or an abscess,but glands swollen from cancer may come but keep getting bigger and don't "go." The pain under your shoulder blade and chest can have many causes but cancer is unlikely. But PLEASE see a good doctor today or very soon; we can't know for sure what is going on and you should be examined.

Maybe: Difficult to answer this question without an examination and localization. There are nerves, lymph nodes, muscles, tendons, etc. in that general area. Please see your local provider.

been having sharp pain on top of my rib cage , just below my armpits . what can it be ??

That's often tender: area normally. The teres major and minor (side muscles of the chest) are normally tender by the ribs, and is not a problem. If your pectoralis major, minor (breast muscles) are tight, these become even more pronounced. Usually, we are not pressing ourselves there much, so it's not noticeable or bothersome. If it's PAINFUL, do see a doctor soon!

suspected brown recluse bite yesterday afternoon,  been 21 hrs ago, about 10 minutes ago, sharp pain under armpit.....could it be related?

You like spiders!: Anyway I can just interact directly?  Brown recluse usually causes severe necrosis in the area of the bite.  There is nothing to do for these bites unfortunately until weeks after the bite.  The pain and necrosis all occur at the site of the bite.  So if you were bit under the armpit, then yes, could be related.  Otherwise, no.

Get reevaluated: There are a number of things that could be giving you these symptoms.  Make sure you see your orthopedic surgeon to determine exactly what is going on - then you can determent the correct treatment. Continue with your physical therapy, this can be very helpful if you are patient.

Underarm pain: A cerebrovascular accident, heartburn, peripheral artery disease, neuropathy issues or a swollen underarm lymph node can cause sharp, shooting pain in your armpit area. The pain is not a disease in itself but a sign that alerts you to a number of different issues within your body. See your doctor as soon as possible.

Underarm: Underarm pain can be tricky.  There are many of possible causes.   Please go in to be checked as some of those causes are not as benign as others.

Pulled muscle?: Probably you have pulled a muscle or strained a ligament in the chest wall. It will give you a twinge of pain in certain positions.  Take ibuprofen per directions as needed for pain.  If it is not better in a few days or worsens, see a doctor. Good luck!
