Get evaluated: This could be appendicitis.  Please get evaluated and consider an imaging study especially if vomiting, decreased appetite.

Several things: Pain that severe needs to be worked up by your doctor in person.  He/she will listen to you, perform an examination and possibly order some tests to see what's wrong with you.

Many possibilities: Trauma to the vagina or  a ruptured ovarian cyst  are two possibilities. Listen to your body, if the there is a  little vaginal blood,  trauma may be the cause. If you have abdominal tenderness it could be a ruptured ovarian cyst.  If the pain persists seek medical care.

i've been recently been having pain in my lower abdomen area on the right side. it would hurt slightly throughout the day and sometimes would give me a sharp pain for a sec or two. would you have any guesses on what it could be.

Difficult to say: the lower right side of your abdomen is where the end of your small intestine sits (your terminal ileum) and where your appendix is located.  But without any other symptoms, it's unlikely to be either Crohn's disease or appendicitis.  Your doctor may want to evaluate by obtaining some more history, a careful physical exam, and select blood tests.

Severe abd pain = ER: Causes of left lower abdominal pain can include but are not limited to: ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, diverticulitis, endometriosis, inguinal hernia, ovulation pain, intestinal obstruction, crohn’s disease, abscess, ulcerative colitis, seminal vesicle inflammation, cancer, aortic aneurysm, renal infection or stone or injury.  Get chronic pain checked especially if associated with stool changes.

Go see a doctor: Depending on what makes the pain better or worse, when the pain comes, if it's sharp or dull, if it's associated with food or not, there are many different causes of abdominal pain.  One of the most common causes of right lower abdominal pain is the appendix which requires emergent surgery.  You would need an exam and possibly other testing to make the diagnosis.

Are you pregnant?: Abdominal pain that is severe requires urgent examination to rule out serious causes (kidney infection or stone ectopic pregnancy ovary problem).  Especially if you do a pregnancy test and it is positive and may need to be done rapidly.  May also be muscle pain but need to quickly sort out other serious first.  Please see a doctor urgently

More: Right side, left side, recent trauma or exercise not usually done.  Since stretch produces pain and looking at your age, sounds like a rectus abominus muscle strain.
