See MD: You need to see your doctor and have a urine check and a digital rectal exam to check your prostate.  Make sure you are having normal bowel function daily and that the sharp pain in not gas associated.

im having sharp pain in my pubic area. i can even open my legs, or get up to move. im 38 weeks, im barely having contractions. but the pain is crazy.

Pubic symphysis pain: The ligament between the pubic bones (symphysis) softens and stretches in pregnancy in preparation for delivery. Sometimes the resultant laxity can be extreme causing hyper mobility of the symphysis and even separation (diastasis). This can be extremely painful with certain movements, like rolling over in bed. Not much to do now other than heat and rest- it will improve after delivery.

Arthritis?: A classic symptom of hip arthritis is pain that radiates to the groin. An X-ray would help identify that. 
You are quite young for hip arthritis, so it may be that you have some dysfunction of the pelvic bones that a chiropractor or osteopathic doctor may be able to address. 
Stretch and drink a lot of water before hand and see if that makes any difference.

Unsure: Could be several things.  If it is severe or persists more than several hours then you should be evaluated.  Sorry but the list of possible causes is long. Anti-inflammatory: Upper back pain usually comes from a degenerative joint or disc.  Sometimes it's from a muscle strain or sprain. It is common for this type of pain to refer to the head as well as shoulder blade.  Early treatment options include a short course of nsaids (advil, aleve), gentle massage, moist heat, and focusing on posture.  If pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.

Musculotendinous: 30's male w. Chronic unilateral rhomboid muscle region pain suggests localized tendonitis.  No history of trauma given, but concern arises for strenuous athletics or weight lifting.  An osteopath can diagnose, and a physical therapist can assist in resolution. Ergonomics must also be considered. Heat, massage, and acupuncture might benefit. Eventually, a single cortisone injection might benefit.
