Pain: Abdominal pain with running can be several things gas in the intestines or muscle pain or from muscle fatigue and hernia and  rarely serious issues. See a physician for in person exam for specific diagnosis and treatment

Blood pooling : I assume your pain is on the right side? This is caused by normal blood pooling into abdominal veins and liver which causing enlargement in liver volume and distinction of its capsule.

May need ultrasound: Given your age and symptoms, this points to a gynecological issue, perhaps an ovarian cyst.  There are other non-gynecological diagnosis also, such as a urinary tract problem, such as stone or infection, or even a GI or musculoskeletal disorder.  If the symptoms persist, i would see your gynecologist first, who can order some test, including an ultrasound to see if something can be pinpointed.

that area you are describing is where your liver and gall bladder are.

I would want to know if you have any other diseases, or are on any medication. I would want to know if you have difficulty or changed bowel movements. I would want to know your drug and alcohol history. And, i would want to know if you were overweight.

But the liver should never be ignored.
