i my  left areloa is burning and also having sharp pain in the center,  what can i use to stop the pain at home or until i see my doctor?

Assume not nursing?: Try moist heat first and you can certainly take Tylenol (acetaminophen).  If this doesn't work, you can try using cool or cold comp, and you can take one naproxen or ibuprofen along with one Tylenol (acetaminophen) to see if they work together better, if no relief from the Tylenol (acetaminophen) alone.  But don't wait around, try to see someone this week, especially if any redness or heat in the area or any discharge. If nursing, call now.

Slightly: Could be due to hormonal, infectious, glandular or skin related condition.  Difficult to tell without examination, which i highly recommend.

You : You should probably see your family doctor just to make sure it is nothing serious. You are young and the chances of having something really bad is low especially with a negative family history. But you have to make sure.

? Fibrocystic Breast: Could be fibrocystic breast disease.  This is a reason for tenderness.  Can be treated with tighter, more supportive bra (sports), ibuprofen, etc.  Fibrocystic issues can be related to your time in your cycle.  Does the pain come and go 'monthly' like your cycle does?
