20yrs software developer,have moderate,sharp pain back of neck right just below skull.almost constant.should i see neurologist or physiatrist?thanks!

Podiatrist.: I am a neurologist, that pain your suffering is most likely musculoskeletal. This is usually due to arthritis in the neck, or some type of recent or previous injury causing spasms and instability. I would see if is iatrist first to see if this could be managed as conservatively as possible

RA : These symptoms may be related to a ruptured bakers cyst however I am more concerned for joint destruction by your RA and you should see an ortho surgeon for evaluation and keep your rheum in the loop.

May not be migraine: but rather a tension headache coming from a trigger point in the neck.  If you can press on it and cause the head pain, this is likely.

Headache: Sounds like tension headaches. Find comfortable head positions. Try memory foam contour pillow to sleep on at night, light massage, warm applications, Ibuprofen or naproxen. If no relief, see doc.

months ago i had sharp pain back of shoulder.hurt for weeks bad. now it only hurts sometimes but it hurts bad sometimes. it hurts between shoulder blade and spine. sometimes radiates down arm. i have full range of motion. sometimes hurts in chest too?

Right or left : side?  Right side could be gallbladder, pancreas, or stomach. Left side could heart related, and even more serious.  Either side need an exam and testing with your doctor.

Migraine: Most likely these are migraines. Rarely associated with a dangerous condition, but potentially treatable. Speak with your doctor, possibly a neurologist.

Depends : It depends on which sinus.  For example if the sphenoid sinus is involved you may feel it in the center of your head.  Ethmoid sinus may give you eye pain.  Also if they are infected, the lymph node drainage is variable and back of head/ neck may hurt. So it depends

Yes: Large fibroids are the most likely cause if you already have been diagnosed. Other causes are gall bladder disease, kidney stones and intestinal issues.

Muscular pain, rib i: Can be anything from a muscle spasm to an irritation of the lining of the lung (the pleura).   If it continues and if associated with any shortness of breath, you need further studies and other tests.
