Yes: Many hair product will have almond oil or almond extract.  Usually, it is prominently on the label.  Look for it.

Depends: On which nuts you are allergic to. To be on the safest side you should avoid all nut oils.

Avoid sulfa soap: First you need to change shampoo and in fact sulfa may cause intense local skin reactions if you are allergic to sulfa.   A topical cortisone will likely help but you will need to get a rx for it.   There may be other causes for your scalp problem especially if the lesions don't itch, .

Avoid it: The best treatment for any allergy is to avoid what you are allergic to.. This is particularly true for drugs. If there was a compelling reason to use a particular drug, an allergist could help. In the case of Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo, there are substitutes.

Not likely: Allergy to shampoo is of the contact type, and will therefore affect the skin long before it affects the lymph nodes. If you don't have a significant rash all over your scalp (the areas that come into contact with the shampoo), the swollen lymph nodes are probably not related to the shampoo.

Irritation: In the absence of itching, irritation from the shampoo is the more likely answer. A contact allergy to the shampoo does not show symptoms until 24 to 72 hrs later and is often associated with small blisters and intense itching.

No: You are not likely allergic to the fragrance but rather to the pollen released from the flower.

Mgt and workup: I would advise using a very basic soap such as white Dove soap. Avoid all perfumed products including shampoo. The reaction may also be to cleaning products and using natural cleaning products and rinsing the tub well prior to bath time may help. 
I would suggest an antihistamine and evaluation.

difference btwn an allergy and sensitivity? i get hay fever symptoms every time i visit the salon. i think it is due to an ingredient in the shampoo.

Sensitivity: You can get allergy like symptoms from both allergic and nonallergic causes.  Most likely your sensitivity to the chemicals in the air at the salon is nonallergic.  That being said, if you have allergies to things like pollens and dust mites then your eyes and nose will be more "sensitive" or more easily irritated by those chemicals in the air.  Allergy is a very specific kind of sensitivity.
